By creating an Account, you confirm and agree that:

3.5.5. Bonuses not used within 30 days may be removed.
3.5.6. If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be withheld and the Account suspended.
3.5.7. Accounts identified as belonging to “bonus abusers” or “bonus hunters” may have all winnings voided and be suspended permanently.
4. Deposits
4.1. To play with real money, you must deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods listed on the Website. By making a deposit, you declare that the funds belong to you and originate from lawful sources. The Company may request documentation to verify the source of funds at its discretion.
4.2. Deposits may be made in multiple currencies, depending on the options available to the player’s registered country and Account settings.
4.3. The Company is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds or winnings. Deposits and winnings are not insured or protected by any banking insurance scheme, nor does the Company offer currency exchange services.
4.4. All transactions on the Website are processed in the currency selected by the player. Winnings will only be credited and paid out in the same currency in which bets were placed.
4.5. The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction, per day, or under specific conditions, depending on the chosen payment method or Account level.
4.6. Deposited funds will appear in the Account once the chosen payment system has processed the transaction. Processing times vary based on the method used.
4.7. You may only use payment instruments registered in your own name. Using third-party cards or accounts is prohibited. Deposits made via unauthorised methods may be reversed and all associated winnings voided.
4.8. If funds are credited to your Account by mistake, you must notify the Company immediately. Incorrectly credited amounts will be removed, and any winnings from such funds will be void, regardless of when the error is discovered.
4.9. Deposits must only be made for the purpose of placing bets or playing games. Deposits made for other reasons may be cancelled, with the Company reclaiming processing fees, suspending the Account, or reporting suspicious activity.
4.10. You must inform the Company of any changes to payment details, including the loss or theft of payment instruments.
4.11. Chargebacks, reversals or payment cancellations are strictly prohibited. Any resulting losses or fees will be your responsibility.
4.12. The Company is not responsible for fluctuations in currency values.
4.13. Deposits may be processed either directly by the Company or through approved third-party payment providers.
4.14. Cryptocurrency deposits must be sent only to the most recently provided wallet address. Wallet addresses are periodically updated for security reasons. Using an outdated address without confirming with support may result in permanent loss of funds.
5. Bets
5.1. Bets may only be placed when sufficient funds are available in the Account.
5.2. If your Account does not have enough funds to cover a bet, the bet will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to verify your balance before placing wagers.
5.3. You may only place bets within the minimum and maximum limits defined by the Website. These limits will be displayed when attempting to place a bet.
5.4. The Company accepts no liability for bets placed by players who misunderstand the rules or functionality of a game.
5.5. You acknowledge full responsibility for any losses incurred while gambling and agree not to hold the Company or its affiliates liable for such losses.
5.6. Winnings credited to your Account may be used for further betting or withdrawn in accordance with withdrawal rules.
5.7. The maximum aggregate amount you may win in one calendar day is €100,000 (or currency equivalent). Any winnings above this limit will be proportionally adjusted to comply with this rule, regardless of how they were obtained.
6. Withdrawals
6.1. For your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit KYC documentation. Additional verification may be required depending on the withdrawal method.
6.2. Withdrawal limits for each payment method may be modified by the Company at any time without notice.
6.3. Withdrawals are only processed once all wagering requirements have been fully met.
6.4. Funds marked as “Bonus” or associated with incomplete games cannot be withdrawn.
6.5. Withdrawals may be denied if the total amount wagered is less than the amount of the last deposit. Deposits must be wagered at least once before requesting a withdrawal.
6.6. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within three (3) banking days. However, delays may occur due to additional verification, payment channel restrictions or public holidays.
6.7. Withdrawal requests cannot exceed the available Account balance.
6.8. If a withdrawal is cancelled, the funds will return to your Account. The Company bears no responsibility for any subsequent losses from gameplay after a cancellation.
6.10. Since gaming outcomes are delivered instantly, the Company does not offer refunds or cancellations after gameplay. Funds used in games are deducted immediately.
6.11. Only one pending withdrawal per payment method is permitted at a time. You may also be limited to one withdrawal request per 24-hour period.
6.12. If your Account is mistakenly credited with winnings, whether through technical or human error, the amount will be removed. If such funds were withdrawn before the error was identified, the amount becomes a debt you owe to the Company.
6.13. The minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfers and e-wallet or cryptocurrency withdrawals is €100 (or currency equivalent). The daily withdrawal limit is €1,000, and the weekly limit is €2,000.
6.14. You acknowledge that funds used during gameplay are consumed instantly, and the Company does not offer refunds or reverse transactions on played games.
7. Bonuses
7.1. The Company may offer bonuses and promotions at its discretion. Each promotion has specific terms that must be accepted before participation.
7.2. If a bonus is cancelled or forfeited, it cannot be reactivated. Bonus funds already credited may remain available for use depending on the offer.
7.3. We may remove bonuses from inactive Accounts.
7.4. You may be required to wager part of your own deposit before wagering bonus funds.
7.5. Some promotions include restrictions or wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. A withdrawal request before meeting these requirements may lead to removal of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.6. Certain games do not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. A detailed list of restricted games is provided in the Terms. Playing restricted games with an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.
7.7. The official date of settlement determines the winner of an event. Overturned or disputed results are not recognised for wagering purposes.
7.8. Non-deposit bonuses, such as free bonuses or free spins, are capped at a maximum withdrawal of €100 (or currency equivalent) or 2× the bonus value, whichever is higher. Winnings above this limit will be removed.
7.9. The bonus system functions as follows: bonuses must be activated before use, bonus funds contribute to the total balance, and winnings remain locked until wagering is completed. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and certain in-game features may not be purchased with active bonuses.
7.10. When wagering bonuses, the maximum winnings are limited to ten times the original bonus amount. Bonus abuse—including opening multiple accounts, violating terms or exploiting system loopholes—may result in Account closure and confiscation of funds.
7.11. Additional sports bonus rules apply.
7.12. Only bets meeting the minimum odds requirements qualify for wagering.
7.13. A minimum odds requirement of 2.0 applies to each sports bet for bonus purposes.
7.14. Bets are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with minimum odds rules, and violations may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
7.15. Bonuses are restricted to specific categories (sports, live casino) and may not be used outside those categories.
7.16. The maximum allowed bet when wagering a bonus is €2. Exceeding this limit may void winnings.

8.2. We may request additional KYC documents at any time to verify your identity or location.
8.3. Access to Services, withdrawals or payments may be restricted until satisfactory verification is completed.
8.4. We apply a risk-based approach, using different levels of due diligence: SDD for low risk, CDD for standard verification, and EDD for high-risk cases.
8.5. Players who deposit over €2,000 (lifetime), request withdrawals or trigger risk alerts must undergo full KYC verification.

10. Software Errors
10.1. If the Software or any processing system encounters an error, malfunction, or disruption, all affected bets will be considered void. You must notify the Company immediately if you become aware of any issue. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such faults and may cancel games, void bets, or implement corrective measures at its discretion.
10.2. While we aim to avoid inaccuracies, if a bet is accepted at odds that differ significantly from the general market or clearly do not reflect the true probability at the time, we reserve the right to void or cancel the bet—even after the event has begun.
10.3. We may reclaim any overpayments and adjust your Account accordingly. This includes situations where incorrect odds were posted or outcomes were recorded inaccurately. If your balance is insufficient to cover such corrections, we may request repayment. Pending plays may be canceled, regardless of whether the wager was placed using the incorrect funds.
10.4. We are not liable for downtime, server issues, lag, or technical disruptions impacting gameplay. Refunds related to such events are granted solely at the Company’s discretion.

11.6. The Company will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, utility failures or significant internet disruptions.
11.7. If liability is imposed on the Company, the maximum aggregate amount payable to you shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount wagered on the bet that gave rise to the liability, or (b) €500 (or currency equivalent).
